CCG Quality Assurance

CCG, LLC is fully committed to providing our Seaport-e and other customers with the finest quality services possible. Over the years that CCG has been in the service contract field it has had the opportunity to perform services for several different agencies at locations across the continental United States. As each of these services have had their own specific requirements and standards CCG has developed a Quality Control Program (QCP) that is a "living" program, which allows for modification as needed without losing it's integrity.

Overview

After award and prior to start-up the CCG transition team will meet with the Contracting Officer (CO) or designated representative. During this meeting all requirements, issues, and/or past problems are discussed and evaluated. The CCG transition team then takes this information and begins to adapt it to our baseline QCP, resulting in a draft QCP which will be presented to the CO for review. Once the CO has made any recommended changes to the QCP, a final QCP will be completed and presented to the CO for approval. The heart of the QCP is the CCG employees themselves, each are selected for their experience, knowledge, and commitment to excellence. Once selected and hired CCG employees are trained so that each individual has a complete understanding of the customer's requirements as per the contract and the standards established through it into the QCP. The QCP then becomes a platform by which our employees and services are evaluated. CCG Site Managers are the frontline in enforcing standards as established in the QCP and are directly responsible for quality service and budget control. Listed are the "key" elements of CCG's QCP:

  • Post Award Conference
  • Employee knowledge of contract established standards of performance
  • Employee knowledge of regulations, policy and procedure governing their specific function
  • Cross Training
  • Continuity folders for each functional position
  • Dailey, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting requirements and procedures
  • Internal / external evaluation processes
  • Equipment / material accountability and control
  • Records / documentation audits and access restrictions
  • Customer feedback

Quality Control Management

CCG has a commitment to provide "quality service on time and within budget." This commitment begins at the highest levels of corporate management and flows down through every employee. Most importantly each of our contract sites has a designated Quality Control Team (QCT). The QCT is responsible for ensuring that the standards set in the QCP are met. The members of this team consist of the following individuals:

  • Operations and Quality Control Manager

    • Defines when the QCP is updated and the overall emphasis of the update.
    • Assesses deficiency correction and risk management activities.
  • Site Manager
    • Responsible for the overall management of the contract site.
    • Accountable for adherence by all assigned employees to the QCP.
    • Conducts required inspections, audits and reviews as established by the contract and QCP.
    • Ensures immediate implementation of any QCP revisions.
  • Section Lead
    • Manages day-to-day functions of section staff.
    • Ensures compliance with established procedures and the QCP.
